• Lead end-to-end automation consulting engagements, working closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client workflows, processes, and systems to identify automation opportunities and develop a strategic roadmap.
• Define and design automation solutions, considering factors such as scalability, reliability, security, and integration with existing systems.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on automation best practices, technologies, and tools, tailored to meet the specific needs and objectives of each client.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT teams, and developers, to implement automation projects successfully.
• Lead the development and deployment of automation workflows, ensuring they align with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of automation solutions, addressing any issues or bugs to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented automation projects, collecting data and metrics to measure the impact on business outcomes.
• Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest automation trends, emerging technologies, and industry developments to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, providing expertise, knowledge sharing, and support in their professional development.
• Maintain knowledge of technology trends, making recommendations to business stakeholders as needed.
• Lead internal team initiatives and projects, facilitating productive discussion.
• Contribute to creation of proposals and/or participates in sales cycle.
• Build solutions across technology platforms and techniques.
• Oversee the maintenance, upkeep, and improvement of many libraries, automations, test cases.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience as an automation consultant or in a similar senior-level role, with a strong track record of successfully delivering automation projects.
• Deep understanding of automation principles, methodologies, and industry best practices, with a focus on driving business value and process improvement.
• Extensive experience with automation technologies, such as robotic process automation (RPA), intelligent process automation (IPA), and workflow automation.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or VB.NET, with the ability to develop and customize automation workflows and scripts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Strong project management and leadership abilities, with the capacity to drive and oversee end-to-end automation initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, understand their requirements, and present complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Prior experience in consulting and a client-facing role, with the ability to manage relationships, expectations, and project timelines effectively.
